From the very beginning, JaNay was on top of EVERYTHING. We had an initial sit down to discuss neighborhoods, budget, etc. and she worked to put together a plan that felt so personalized and yet so professional. She sourced homes for me to check out and it wasn't uncommon to receive emails from her in the middle of the night with updates or just checking in. She was very much in tune with what my priorities were when looking for my home.

Janay is a hard working individual. She sold our home in Ladson last year which had solar panels on it; which was a deterrent for most people for some reason. She never stopped looking for the perfect buyer until it was sold so we could move to Georgia for our retirement years. As a Charleston Native or “Charlestonian,” JaNay House has deep roots in the historic city of Charleston and its surrounding areas. She was raised in the beautiful and scenic Mt. Pleasant, SC and is a descendant of many generations of deep rooted heritage. Her upbringing included Sweet Tea, Sweet Grass Baskets, long summers on the harbor, and delicious Southern Cuisine. Aside from being raised in Mt. Pleasant she has lived and worked in Goose Creek, North Charleston, Summerville, and currently resides in Ladson, SC. As a Navy Veteran, her service has taken her all over the world and exposed her to a vast diversity of cultures and people, inducing her passion for caring for the needs of others. Her strong leadership, focused dedication, and selfless attitude has earned her many accolades, recognition, and awards, including prestigious Navy Achievement and Commendation Medals. Since her honorable separation from Active Duty Service, JaNay has taken on a new mission of assisting men and women just like you in your real estate transactions.
